And today
for something a bit different. Right nutrition is a really important thing for
me. I always try to obey a balanced diet. What is also important is how a meal
is served. I keep to a principle that food should be a delicacy and should look
like that, no matter the circumstances. It is said that breakfast is a major
meal of a day. I must confess, that I live a very active and stressful life, so
I sometimes forget to have a breakfast. However, when I finally find some time
to prepare one of my favourite morning meal, I rarely complain about being
hungry. It doesn’t mean that I stuff myself up with a huge number of sausages,
or sandwiches with ham and cheese. I suppose that after having such a
breakfast, I wouldn’t be able to go anywhere! Today, I’m going to present my
favourite breakfast examples. They are light
and will give You a lot of energy for a whole day.
1.Poniedziałek- Płatki owsiane, owoce, garść migdałów, jogurt naturalny
Monday- Rolled oats, fruits, almonds, yogurt
2.Wtorek- Pieczywo pełnoziarniste, ogórek, grejprfut
Tuesday- Wholegrain brad, cucumber, grapefruit
3.Środa- Sałatka ze szpinaku, avocado, pomidorków koktajlowych, sera feta
Wednesday- Spinach salad with cherry tomato, avocado and feta cheese
4.Czwartek- Pieczywo pełnoziarniste, tzaziki, grejpfrut
Thursday- Wholegrain bread, tzaziki, grapefruit
5.Piątek- Sałatka owocowa, jogurt naturalny
Friday- Fruit salad, yogurt
6.Sobota- Pieczywo pełnoziarniste, avocado, pomidorki koktajlowe, ogórek, garść migdałów
Saturday- Wholegrain bread, avocado, cherry tomato, cucumber, almonds
7.Niedziela- Omlet z owocami
Sunday- Omlette with fruits
